Some Really Important Information About This Blog...

I am not a doctor, a scientist or a licensed practitioner of any sort. The majority of the information presented here is based upon empirical methodology. I experiment on myself and measure a lot. I report back on what I find; not always consistently and definitely not in a manner that would satisfy those who require following prescribed "scientific methods." The only thing that might qualify a "double blind" study is if I accidentally combine bourbon and tequila one evening. In other words, YMMV.
